Elderly Beijing residents get vegetable delivery from volunteers
2020-03-16Elderly people pick up vegetables in the Qijiahuozi residential community in the Chaoyang district of Beijing on March 13, 2020. As about 400 elderly people aged 80 or more and 76 disabled residents live in the community, authorities have set up a WeChat group to help senior residents purchase food and daily necessities online. The goods will be delivered to their home by volunteer workers.
